      孫誌宇能給予的,是籌錢後建立的一些硬件設施。原來的病房裏隻有一張鐵架子床,一排掉了漆的木椅,患者住院要自帶被褥,衛生間是設在走廊盡頭樓梯上的臨時建築,看起來搖搖欲墜。三層樓房沒有電梯,他考慮到臨終的重症患者大都沒有行動能力,就先在病區加裝了一部電梯,又陸續撤掉原來病房裏陪護長椅,換成能夠長期居住的木質陪護床,配備好被褥,換上遮光好一些的卷軸窗簾。政府補貼的一萬元很快用完,他又自掏腰包,給每間病房加裝了電視、路由器、沙發、茶幾、衣架,希望患者能在這裏住得舒服安心。
